A guide to your personal practice.

In the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, there is a concept of ten bodies - a part of our being that helps us better understand human nature and realize different aspects of ourselves. Each of the bodies has its own unique qualities, tasks and practices for their harmonization.

How to use this knowledge?

Each body is connected to unique aspects of our lives, and understanding which body you are working with allows you to choose the appropriate practice.

The guide you are reading will help you get to know each of the 10 bodies, their characteristics, and will suggest appropriate meditations or kriyas to strengthen and balance them.

Let this journey be a step towards your wholeness, harmony and radiance!

Numerology in the teachings of Kundalini Yoga is based on the understanding of the holistic nature of man, where we are not only a physical body, but also a multidimensional being. Kundalini Yoga recognizes the existence of 10 bodies, each of which performs an important function. This system expands the traditional view of man, allowing us to more deeply understand our potential and the path to harmony. Each of the 10 bodies is associated with a certain number, and the number 11 symbolizes the state of absolute integrity and unity. Understanding the structure of your 10 bodies helps you to recognize your strengths and weaknesses, optimize your energy and choose appropriate practices for working on yourself.

How to determine your number? Add up the digits of your date of birth. If you get a number greater than 11, continue adding until you get a value from 1 to 11. Example: Birth date: 08/27/1990 2 + 7 + 0 + 8 + 1 + 9 + 9 + 0 = 36 3 + 6 = 9 Your number is 9, which means that it is important for you to pay attention to the Subtle body.

By personal practice I mean Sadhana.

The word "sadhana" in Sanskrit means "path to achievement" or "method of achievement." It is a daily, disciplined personal practice that helps deepen your connection with yourself, develop awareness, and overcome internal blocks.

With the help of numerological calculation, understanding which body is best to work with and place emphasis on, your sadhana will bring more effect and energy.
